We hope you absolutely love your Bazra pieces, but in the unlikely event you are not satisfied or require a different size we have a 14-day exchange or store credit return policy. 

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with the Bazra tags and security ribbon untouched.

Items purchased during a sale or using a discount code of more than 15% off are excluded from exchanges or store credits and are FINAL SALE. 

We do not offer price adjustments - if the discount increases during a sale, customers are not entitled to a greater discount if they have already purchased an item full price or with a smaller discount. 

Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility, however we do not charge a restocking fee. Shipping costs from the original shipment will not be refunded. 

For exchanges, we will cover the shipping cost of the new size being shipped back to the customer.

DAMAGE/QUALITY ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
