Shipping policy
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). We do our absolute best to have orders shipped within the same day/next day.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information.
- Shipping times during the holidays and peak seasons are bound to be delayed - so we suggest always upgrading your shipping to express where possible, to ensure the fastest delivery times. We are not responsible for shipping delays, as this is totally out of our control.
- If you require your order to be delivered by a certain day - express/next day shipping is available where possible. Please send us an email or DM and we would happily accommodate rushed shipping requests if possible.
Pre-orders
- Our pre-order dates are estimates - we try our absolute best to have pre-orders shipped within the given time frame, however shipping or production delays can occur. Please understand we do our absolute best to get our products into your hands as quick as possible.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your email.
Customs & Import Duties
- Orders shipped may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost. In the unlikely event that duties are owed and go unpaid, the package may be sent back to us. If this occurs, customers are not entitled to a refund or store credit. Fees are incurred on return to sender packages, leaving us no choice but to not be able to offer a refund or store credit.

Lost or Damaged Items
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost during transit, please contact our customer service team at bazrawear.com. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package. We will assist with replacements or returns based on the situation.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is sent back to us due to address inaccuracy, we will not issue a refund or store credit.
Order Modifications or Cancellations
